Terms & Conditions

1. General

By placing an order with INK'D Designs Studio, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your design and order details
• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content
• Production begins within 24 hours of order confirmation

3. Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Delivery fees are additional and shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images, logos, or text in your design
• By uploading your design, you confirm it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• INK'D Designs Studio is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from customer-submitted designs

5. Refunds & Returns

• Custom-designed items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged
• If your order arrives with a print defect, contact us within 7 days with photos at orders@inkeddesigns.co.za
• Defective items will be reprinted or refunded at our discretion
• Size exchanges are not possible for custom-printed items — please check size guides carefully before ordering

6. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier

7. Payments

We accept PayFast, PayPal, and Ozow. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
